Checking email - Popular versus Best Practice

This photo shows me explaining the difference between 'popular' versus 'best' practice for how often to check your email.

The left graphic shows the 'once an hour' model but of course, most people actually check their email more often than this! The graphic on the right shows the best practice model of checking email at 4 scheduled times per day.

What isn't showing is a graphic which shows that senior management should only check it twice a day (dropping the first and third times as shown on the best practice model).
